five / sixty ;;


spinach, tomato and cheddar omelet served with some roasted potatoes....i couldn't even eat all the potattttoooooesssssss....soooo fuuuuull - a coffee too this morning!

12-grain bagel with white cheddar, and a cucumber and mixed green salad !!!!!!!! YUMMY ( do u see the bagel man face with the salad afro ? )

banana, unsalted roasted almonds, fat free vanilla yogurt is amaaaazingggggggg


light dinner salad, with cucumber, white cheddar and mixed greens !

not eating junk should be easy, we take our easy diets for granted - but i really need to be more aware of the food i eat. examine what is in it, and realize what i am putting into my body. there are only theories on how to be healthy, and we have to follow what we were conditioned to believe when it comes to food- but we can break that conditioning. we can stop what we are doing, harming ourselves and those we love, and we can live happy, healthy balanced lifestyles. time to be more aware of everything we do. not to mention counting reasonable amounts of calories per day, but letting my self indulge in healthy things too! like roasted unsalted almonds from today ! AMAZING ! be more aware of my actions and reactions. be a better me- everyday.
