dinner ;;


For dinner I had a very filling udon noodle soup;;
veg broth, bok choy, bean sprouts, broccoli, tofu, onion, ginger, garlic, sesame seed oil.

everything FRESH!!
was SO GOOD.

dessert ;;

pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes and blueberry salad, with strawberry yogurt and granola.





FEELING HEALTHIER ALREADY !!
